We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join a leading global organisation on an initial 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing international tax team, supporting corporate tax compliance and reporting across the UK and Europe.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing direct tax compliance processes, overseeing tax accounting and provisions, supporting financial reporting, maintaining transfer pricing documentation, and ensuring compliance with UK and international tax regulations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across finance and tax teams, as well as external advisors, to deliver accurate and timely tax reporting while supporting a range of strategic tax initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate tax compliance across multiple European jurisdictions.
  • Oversee tax filings prepared by external advisers and ensure timely submission.
  • Prepare and review corporate tax provisions for financial reporting.
  • Reconcile tax provisions to tax filings and maintain tax balance sheet accounts.
  • Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany tax compliance.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.
  • Assist with tax planning projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
  • Support internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with finance teams and external tax advisers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
