Tax Reporting Manager
Pure Search are partnered with an international business looking to hire a Tax Reporting Manager to join their sizeable in-house tax function in the UK. This is a fully remote role (UK ONLY), reporting to the Head of International Tax.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the Group's corporate tax reporting process by validating reporting requirements, testing reporting templates, and ensuring timely submission of tax information from global finance teams.
- Review current and deferred tax calculations for a portfolio of entities, investigating variances, resolving tax provisioning issues, and ensuring tax balances are accurately recorded within local ledgers and reporting packs.
- Prepare consolidated tax reporting adjustments, including deferred tax accounting, post-close profit-before-tax movements, and uncertain tax positions in accordance with IFRIC 23, while maintaining robust supporting documentation and technical tax memoranda.
- Lead the preparation of the Group's Country-by-Country Report (CbCR), coordinating with external advisers to meet public CbCR reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions, including the EU and Australia.
- Analyse jurisdictional tax data to support Transitional CbCR Safe Harbour assessments and assist with the preparation of OECD Pillar Two calculations and related global compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of tax reporting systems by participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), improving reporting processes, and developing more efficient Excel-based reporting tools.
- Maintain high standards of tax data governance by improving reporting accuracy, driving process efficiencies, and supporting wider tax transformation initiatives across the Group Tax function.
- Partner with local finance teams, external advisers, auditors, and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to communicate technical tax matters, resolve reporting queries, and ensure compliance with statutory and financial reporting obligations.

- Must have right to work in the UK and be living in the UK - no visa sponsorship available
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
- Extensive Tax Reporting and Tax Transformation experience
This is a full-time role, fully remote, reporting into the Head of International Tax based in the UK, paying up to £100,000 + bonus.
