Location: London/Dublin/Leeds (Hybrid) Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Join Flutter, a world-class leader in the dynamic gaming and betting industry. As a Tax Reporting Senior Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to be part of an ambitious, NYSE-listed company operating in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll lead key workstreams within the Tax Reporting Team for the Flutter Group, collaborating closely with Group Finance, Group Reporting, and key stakeholders across FP&A, Treasury, and overseas jurisdictions. This is a high-profile role reporting to the Tax Reporting & Compliance Director, who sits within the Group Tax function based in London and Dublin.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the delivery of tax reporting components and budgetary requirements on a timely basis
- Review tax calculations for both external reporting and internal forecasting
- Prepare and/or review tax reporting documentation and evidence for US GAAP and IFRS reporting (e.g., Uncertain Tax Position evidence)
- Work with division finance teams to ensure accurate tax reporting into Group, including training on US GAAP reporting
- Proactively identify and mitigate tax risks within the Group
- Review and communicate tax advice to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with external reporting disclosures (10-K, 10-Q, and IFRS tax documentation)
- Ensure SOX-controlled tax reporting environments are maintained and adhered to

How You’ll Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and tax reporting (US GAAP preferred, IFRS sufficient)
- Qualified accountant and/or tax advisor with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
- Experience with Reporting tools (e.g., Oracle) and tax reporting applications (e.g., Oracle EPM Tax Reporting "TRCS")
- Experience working in a SOX-controlled internal control environment
- Proven ability to manage teams, support their development, and build relationships with group auditors and finance teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with technical clarity
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment and embrace new challenges
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative ethos to drive results across the business
- Agile, flexible, and quick to learn in fast-moving situations
- Highly organized, detailed, and meticulous, with a proactive drive for continuous improvement
- Owns workstreams and deliverables, ensuring timely completion to high standards, and manages collaborator expectations
