Tax Senior - Chartered Accountancy Practice (Confidential Firm)
Huntingdon | Full-time | £40,000 - £55,000
A well-established firm of Chartered Accountants is looking to recruit a Tax Senior to join its growing team in Huntingdon. This Tax Senior role in Huntingdon offers a strong mix of personal and business tax work, with excellent client exposure and responsibility across a varied portfolio.

The Tax Senior in Huntingdon will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax compliance services across both personal and business tax.

- Managing a portfolio of personal and business tax clients
- Preparing and reviewing tax computations and tax returns
- Handling direct correspondence with HMRC, including payments, filings, and enquiries
- Advising clients on tax liabilities and payment obligations
- Preparing and submitting P11Ds
- Advising clients on Capital Gains Tax matters
- Supporting the Making Tax Digital (MTD) process
- Communicating tax updates and relevant changes to clients
About You
- ATT qualified or CTA qualified (or qualified by experience)
- ACA / ACCA qualified also considered
- 4-5 years post-qualification experience within practice
- Strong technical knowledge across personal and business tax
- Confident dealing directly with clients and HMRC
- Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
