International Tax Analyst – Global Tax Department (Paid £45,000 - £53,000 p.a.)
About the Role
The Tax Department is responsible for global tax accounting, tax compliance, and tax planning for the Company. Reporting to the Senior Tax Director – International, the International Tax Analyst will assist with:
- The preparation/review of direct tax compliance and reporting across all jurisdictions outside of North America
- Close collaboration with the Senior Tax Manager and cross-functional teams, including Finance and Accounting
Key Duties & Responsibilities
As part of a dynamic team, the International Tax Analyst will:
- Support the compilation and analysis of financial data for direct tax compliance
- Contribute to or review direct tax returns in international jurisdictions
- Develop deeper expertise through training and on-the-job learning in direct tax systems across key international locations
- Aid in transfer pricing operations for global tax structures
- Assist in reviewing and reconciling period-end tax balances (including BlackLine system usage)
- Support treasury processes through efficient management of tax compliance activities

Required Qualifications & Experience
Education & Certification
Seeking a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or equivalent). Alternatively, a qualified chartered accountant (ACA/CTA or equivalent) may fulfil these criteria.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of direct tax experience, preferably within a Top 10 or corporate in-house tax department.
- Solid understanding of direct tax systems and regulatory requirements in international jurisdictions.
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, with proficiency in reporting and analysis
- Experience with Oracle (ideal; not essential but advantageous)
- Experience with:
- OneSource Tax Provision software (good to have)
- OneSource Income Tax software (good to have)
- Alteryx/Power BI (an advantage but not mandatory)
