Tax Senior Accountant
General/Position Summary
The Tax Department is responsible for global tax accounting, tax compliance, and tax planning for the Company. The International Tax Analyst, reporting to the Senior Tax Director – International, will assist with the preparation and review of direct tax compliance and reporting for all countries outside North America. Collaborating closely with the Senior Tax Manager, the role requires working with financial data and cross-functional teams, particularly those in finance and accounting.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Supports the team in compiling and analyzing financial data for direct tax compliance
- Prepares and/or reviews direct tax returns
- Develops a deeper understanding of direct tax systems in key international jurisdictions through training and on-the-job learning
- Supports transfer pricing operations for international jurisdictions
- Assists in the review and reconciliation of period-end tax balances (including use of BlackLine)
- Supports treasury processes through management of related tax compliance

Required Education Level
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent, or an ACA/CTA (or equivalent exemption).
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of direct tax experience in a top 10 or corporate in-house tax department, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Working knowledge of:
- Excel
- Oracle
- Familiarity with OneSource Tax Provision and OneSource Income Tax is an advantage (not essential).
- Experience with Alteryx and/or Power BI is beneficial, but not required.
Flexibility & Eligibility
Designation: Hybrid-Eligible or On-Site Eligible
Flexibility options:
- Hybrid: Up to two remote work days per week
- On-Site: Five work days per week at the office, with ad hoc flexibility
