Mondrian Alpha are partnering with a highly successful global hedge fund to hire a Tax Specialist into their expanding UK/EMEA Tax team in London.
This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to join a high-performing tax function within a leading hedge fund. The role works closely with high-calibre senior tax professionals and colleagues across the business, where you will gain exposure to a broad range of UK and international tax matters in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will support corporate tax and VAT compliance, withholding tax processes, transfer pricing reviews, and regulatory reporting.
- Assisting with tax projects, process improvements, audits, and monitoring changes in tax legislation across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements
- ACA or CTA qualified with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience, gained either within financial services or a leading accountancy firm.
- A strong understanding of UK tax is essential.
- Exposure to European tax regimes, transfer pricing, and withholding tax would be advantageous.
- Candidates should be analytical, detail-oriented, and keen to broaden their technical expertise within a global investment business.
