Tax Technology Consultant

Location: London (1 day per month in the office)
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 + benefits

The Company

We're partnering with an established and growing RegTech business that develops technology helping global organisations automate complex tax and regulatory reporting.

With continued investment and an expanding client base, they're growing their Client Delivery team to support new projects across Pillar 2, tax provisioning and wider regulatory reporting initiatives.

Working at the intersection of finance, regulation and technology, the business delivers innovative software that simplifies highly complex reporting processes for enterprise clients around the world.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical or regulatory knowledge with technology and problem solving.

You'll work closely with customers to understand their reporting requirements before translating them into scalable solutions within the platform. Along the way, you'll collaborate with Product, Engineering and Solutions teams to deliver high-quality implementations and help shape future product capabilities.

It's an ideal position for someone from a tax technology, finance transformation, regulatory reporting or technology consulting background who enjoys working with both people, systems and delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working with customers to understand tax and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Configuring solutions and workflows within the platform.
  • Mapping and transforming customer data into structured reporting outputs.
  • Supporting workflow automation and data transformation activities.
  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams throughout implementations.
  • Contributing to the rollout of new regulatory products and features.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and customer solutions.
  • Supporting customer workshops, solution walkthroughs and demonstrations where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
