Tax Technology Consultant
Location: London (1 day per month in the office)
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 + benefits
The Company
We're partnering with an established and growing RegTech business that develops technology helping global organisations automate complex tax and regulatory reporting.
With continued investment and an expanding client base, they're growing their Client Delivery team to support new projects across Pillar 2, tax provisioning and wider regulatory reporting initiatives.
Working at the intersection of finance, regulation and technology, the business delivers innovative software that simplifies highly complex reporting processes for enterprise clients around the world.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical or regulatory knowledge with technology and problem solving.
You'll work closely with customers to understand their reporting requirements before translating them into scalable solutions within the platform. Along the way, you'll collaborate with Product, Engineering and Solutions teams to deliver high-quality implementations and help shape future product capabilities.
It's an ideal position for someone from a tax technology, finance transformation, regulatory reporting or technology consulting background who enjoys working with both people, systems and delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working with customers to understand tax and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Configuring solutions and workflows within the platform.
- Mapping and transforming customer data into structured reporting outputs.
- Supporting workflow automation and data transformation activities.
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams throughout implementations.
- Contributing to the rollout of new regulatory products and features.
- Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and customer solutions.
- Supporting customer workshops, solution walkthroughs and demonstrations where required.

About You
You'll likely bring experience from accounting, tax, regulatory reporting, finance transformation or a technology consulting environment, alongside a genuine interest in using technology to solve complex business challenges.
You'll also have:
- ACA or ACCA qualification (or be part-qualified).
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- Experience working with structured data and business workflows.
- Exposure to tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, Excel, Power Automate or SharePoint.
- Strong communication skills with confidence working directly with customers and internal stakeholders.
- The ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to learn new technologies and ways of working.
Desirable Experience
Any of the following would be advantageous:
- Pillar 2 reporting.
- Tax provisioning.
- RegTech or financial technology.
- Low-code or no-code platforms.
- Client-facing implementation or software delivery projects.

Salary & Benefits
- £60,000-£70,000 depending on experience.
- £125 monthly wellness allowance.
- 25 days annual leave plus an additional 10 half-days.
