Pure Search are partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Tax Transformation Manager to play a key role in delivering its Pillar II programme across more than 40 jurisdictions.
This is a transformation-focused position, suited to someone who has led the implementation of tax processes and systems rather than working solely within traditional tax compliance and reporting. You'll work with large and complex data sets, driving the successful delivery of Pillar II and CbCR initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Pillar II tax processes and supporting systems.
- Manage tax transformation projects across a complex international business.
- Work with large data sets to support Pillar II calculations and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
- Partner with finance, tax and technology teams to deliver efficient and scalable tax processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of tax processes and controls.
- Support the ongoing development and optimisation of tax technology

About You
- You'll be an experienced tax professional with a strong background in tax transformation and a proven track record of delivering large-scale implementation projects.
- You'll ideally have:
- Strong experience with leading implementation of Pillar II and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
- Hands-on experience leading tax process and system implementations.
- Experience working with complex, multinational organisations and large data sets.
- An in-house background within a large global business.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
