Are you ready for an opportunity that blends personal development and real-world experience? Join our paid three-day in-person work experience programme on 13th October 2026 where you’ll be immersed into our Tax team.
A career in tax is more than just becoming a tax adviser, you’ll be part of Team Tax, diving into the intricate world of tax laws, both in the UK and internationally, applying them into real-life solutions for our clients, help clients save money, mitigate tax risks, navigate the complex landscape of reporting requirements and help create value.
Our business areas within Team Tax includes VAT/Indirect Tax, Employer Solutions, Private Client Services, Corporate Tax, Innovation and Creative Sector Reliefs, Transfer Pricing, Capital Allowances and Tax Investigations.
During our three-day programme, you’ll:
- Attend insight sessions across Tax.
- Participate in group sessions developing your skills such as communication and teamwork.
- Participate in networking, personal branding, wellbeing, and employability sessions.
- Hear from our current students and learn about their career journeys so far.

What we are looking for:
Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves learning new things, and enjoys connecting with people? If that sounds like you and you are looking for relevant hands-on work experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
We value diverse experiences and perspectives. To be eligible, you’ll need to:
- Be in Year 12 or 13.
- Be predicted a minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification.
- Show enthusiasm for learning new skills and expanding your knowledge.
The start date for our three-day work experience programme is 13th October 2026. Successful candidates must be available to attend their confirmed office for the full duration of the programme.
Please note - although this role requires 112 UCAS points (predicted/obtained). We are aware that you may have not obtained your predicted grades yet, if that is the case, please state 112 UCAS points in your application and complete the education section as best you can.

During your recruitment process, you’ll need to complete an online application followed by an online assessment which includes numerical reasoning. If your online assessment is successful, you’ll be invited to the service line job simulation. This is specific to the role you’ve applied for and will be a combination of a video and written interview. This will take 45 minutes, and you must complete it within seven days.
Please note, after the recruitment process is finalised if your first preference is not available, we will offer you a suitable alternative. This will be discussed with during your offer conversation.
