About the Programme

Requirements
Are you someone who: ✔ Thrives on variety and continuous learning ✔ Enjoys connecting with people? If yes, then this work experience is perfect for you!
Eligibility:
- Must be in Year 12 or 13 within the UK.
- Predicted to achieve a minimum of 112 UCAS points (equivalent to three A levels) or a comparable Level 3 qualification.
- Must demonstrate passion for learning new skills and expanding your knowledge.
- Full availability to attend the programme on-site on 27th October 2026.
Note: If your grades aren’t yet confirmed, you may submit your application with your predicted 112 UCAS points and provide your best current grade overview.

Recruitment Process
To apply:
- Complete an online application.
- Take an online assessment (including numerical reasoning).
- If successful, you’ll be invited to a service line job simulation assessment:
- 45-minute interview (video and written components)
- Must complete this within 7 days of invitation.
- Specific planning process for the Tax-related role.
As a procedural note: RSM will consider only one application per recruitment cycle.
