About the Opportunity
RSM is one of the world's largest networks of audit, tax and consulting firms, dedicated to advising middle-market businesses and helping them thrive. This paid three-day in-person work experience programme—27th October 2026—is your chance to:
- Attend insight sessions across Tax.
- Participate in group skill-building activities, including communication, teamwork, networking, personal branding, wellbeing, and employability.
- Hear from current Tax students and learn about their career journeys.
- Gain hands-on insight into professional services and enter the recruitment process for an RSM degree-apprenticeship.

During the three-day programme, you’ll dive deep into tax ecosystems, real-world applications and client-driven problem-solving. Combine practical experience with personal growth as you: ✔ Build vital soft skills (communication, teamwork, adaptability). ✔ Develop a career roadmap tailored to the tax profession. ✔ Attend sessions led by Tax specialists and industry standard-setters. ✔ Receive mentorship from successful apprentices and graduates already in the team.
What We Are Looking For
We’re seeking enthusiastic Year 12 or Year 13 candidates who are:
- Motivated learners with a passion for expanding their knowledge.
- Predicted a minimum of 112 UCAS points (from three A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications).
- Eager to develop a long-term career in tax through hands-on experience.
Successful applicants must be available for the full programme on 27th October 2026 at their assigned office.
Note: If you haven’t yet achieved your predicted grades, you may still apply by selecting "predicted 112 UCAS points" in the application form.
