About the Programme

- VAT/Indirect Tax
- Employer Solutions
- Private Client Services
- Corporate Tax
- Innovation & Creative Sector Reliefs
- Transfer Pricing
- Capital Allowances
- Tax Investigations
During the three-day programme, you’ll gain insights into:
- Tax induction sessions across RSM’s Tax services.
- Group skill-building activities (e.g., communication, teamwork).
- Networking & personal development sessions, including wellbeing and employability workshops.
- Hear from current students about their career journeys in Tax.

Key Responsibilities (During the Programme)
You’ll actively contribute to:
- tax-related discussions in simulated client scenarios.
- group-based problem-solving activities that encourage collaboration.
- reflective exercises on career growth and personal branding.
- Participatory sessions on identifying passion areas in Tax or other RSM services.
Requirements
RSM seeks motivated individuals who:
- Are in Year 12 or Year 13.
- Require a minimum 112 UCAS points (predicted) from three A-levels or equivalent qualifications (e.g., BTEC, International Baccalaureate).
- Note: Predictions may change; if submitted with less than 112, clearly state 112 on the application and disclose known grades.
- Show keenness to develop professionally, with a focus on analytical, teamwork, or communication skills.
- Can commit to the entire three-day programme on 27 October 2026.

Recruitment Process
- Online Application – Submit eligibility details and a personal statement.
- Online Assessment – Includes numerical reasoning tests (range: basic-q intermediate difficulty).
- Service Line Simulator – Specific to Tax, combining a video interview with written tasks (e.g., role-play scenarios).
- Duration: 45 minutes
- Deadline: Must be completed within seven days.
- Offer & Alternative Consideration – If your preferred office isn’t available, a suitable alternative will be discussed.
