The Opportunity: Tax Work Experience Programme (27th October 2026)

Eligibility Criteria
To apply, you must:
- Be in Year 12 or 13 of secondary school
- Achieve or be predicted to achieve a minimum of 112 UCAS points (from three A levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification)
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for developing new skills and expanding your knowledge
Notes on UCAS Points:
We understand that grades may still be pending. If applying with predicted 112+ points, please indicate this in your application, but provide the most accurate grades available at the time.
Attendance Requirement: Success in this programme requires full commitment to all three days at your confirmed RSM office location.
Recruitment Process
- Online Application – Initial application form
- Numerical Reasoning Assessment – A short online test to assess cognitive skills
- Line-side Job Simulation (if successful) – A 45-minute interview (combining video + written components) specific to the Tax role
