The Opportunity: Taxation Partner
We’re seeking a Taxation Solicitor with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience across complex taxation law to join our Partner ranks. This role encourages business development and works with minimal firm interference, ideal for solicitors who value self-driven growth and client relationship autonomy.

What We Expect
As a Taxation Solicitor Partner, you’ll be:
- Technically proficient:
- 4+ years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in taxation law.
- Exceptional technical drafting and advocacy skills.
- A self-starter:
- Adept at generating work organically through existing networks and proactive outreach.
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and driven to scale a sustainable client portfolio.
- Comfortable with flexibility:
- Thrives in collaborative, forward-thinking, remote-first environments.
- Committed to achieving financial goals within our split-earnings model.
