The Opportunity: Taxation Partner

We’re seeking a Taxation Solicitor with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience across complex taxation law to join our Partner ranks. This role encourages business development and works with minimal firm interference, ideal for solicitors who value self-driven growth and client relationship autonomy.

What We Expect

As a Taxation Solicitor Partner, you’ll be:

  • Technically proficient:
    • 4+ years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in taxation law.
    • Exceptional technical drafting and advocacy skills.
  • A self-starter:
    • Adept at generating work organically through existing networks and proactive outreach.
    • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and driven to scale a sustainable client portfolio.
  • Comfortable with flexibility:
    • Thrives in collaborative, forward-thinking, remote-first environments.
    • Committed to achieving financial goals within our split-earnings model.
