The Role
Kingsley Wood is seeking an experienced taxation solicitor to take on the role of a Partner and contribute to business development.
This opportunity is perfect for a taxation solicitor seeking:
- Full control over client relationships
- Flexible fee arrangements
- Autonomy in building and managing their practice
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-value taxation legal services across a range of complex cases
- Develop and manage client relationships to grow a successful and scalable practice
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including prospecting and networking
- Provide expert legal advice with strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
- Collaborate with the Kingsley Wood partner network for support and professional growth

The Candidate
We are looking for a sophisticated, commercially savvy taxation solicitor with:
- 4+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in taxation law
- Demonstrated strong drafting and advocacy skills
- Experience in generating new business through existing contacts and outreach
- An entrepreneurial mindset, eager to grow their own client base
- Comfort in a flexible, modern working environment
Candidates with:
- An existing client following
- A clear business development plan will be particularly attractive.
