ISS STOXX LiquidMetrix

ISS STOXX LiquidMetrix is seeking a TCA Product Owner to join our Product team in London. This role acts as a bridge between clients (primarily Compliance users), internal stakeholders, and engineering teams to support and enhance our TCA and Best Execution platform, with a strong focus on data, design, and quality assurance.

LiquidMetrix has a proud 30-year history of delivering sophisticated solutions to financial markets, including MiFID Best Execution, Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA), Market Surveillance, and Venue Liquidity Analytics. These solutions are delivered via state-of-the-art web services and APIs, powered by a global, multi-asset market data warehouse.

The Product team is responsible for the full product lifecycle—from concept through implementation and training. The successful candidate will work closely with Head of Product, Product team and Development teams across all stages of delivery, from initial design and wireframing through to release, training, and documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your experience in financial markets within a broad and dynamic product role, working on a best-in-class technology platform.

Core Responsibilities

  • Gather and refine product requirements from Compliance users, the Strategic Steering Board, Technology teams, and regulatory developments.
  • Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into detailed functional specifications and model requirements.
  • Consult with stakeholders to triage incoming requests and issues.
  • Prioritise initiatives based on client urgency, business impact, regulatory requirements, and cost considerations.
  • Ensure high-quality requirements, model specifications, and user acceptance criteria are defined.
  • Collaborate with Development and Data teams to design, enhance, and optimise surveillance models.
  • Evaluate model feasibility, data dependencies, inputs, outputs, and parameterisation approaches.
  • Produce clear and comprehensive documentation of solution designs and methodologies.
  • Participate in testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication across UAT and Production environments.
  • Support successful releases and adoption of new functionality.
  • Support model calibration, tuning, and optimisation efforts.
  • Ensure methodologies and model parameters are clearly documented and explainable.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes for internal teams and clients.
  • Create and maintain high-quality product and model documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to help users maximise platform capabilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
