TCD Senior Project Manager
Senior Project Manager – Fixed-Term Contract (Up to 12 Months)
Post: 1x fixed-term contract

About the Role
The Senior Project Manager will lead project teams and provide critical project management support to operational and business leads, enabling the delivery of the Transforming Care Digitally Programme.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving digital system and service optimisations to enhance service improvements aligned with local strategy and government initiatives.
- Delivering high-level planning, negotiation, analytical, and communication to support organisation-wide performance.
- Mentoring Project Managers and support officers, managing escalations, and setting programme direction.
- Managing Transforming Care Digitally projects in collaboration with clinical, operational, clinical system, and digital teams to streamline care pathways across the Trust.
- Acting as a conduit between the Programme Manager and wider project teams, ensuring continuity, accountability, and quality delivery.
- Adherence to NHS technical standards, with responsibility for:
- Staff management (formal line management and professional supervision of digital change delivery teams).
- Matrix management of digital portfolio project staff.
- Benchmarking, tracking, and realising financial benefits of the programme.
