About the team and the role: TCGplayer, a part of eBay, promotes and grows our products and services. It connects millions of buyers with tens of thousands of retailers in a $25B global collectible hobby market. As TCGplayer Country Lead - UK, you will build programs focused on gaining, involving, and retaining customers in the UK import, export, and domestic CCG markets. You will partner with key participants and leaders across the company to identify and evaluate market opportunities. You will review trends and customer feedback to improve customer happiness across TCGplayer’s global footprint. By working closely with our international team, you will contribute to growing TCGplayer's presence internationally. This individual contributor role needs deep expertise in the UK CCG market, sales and business development protocols, and a successful background in growing market share within the CCG and Collectibles areas. You will be an accomplished go-to-market leader with experience delivering strategic plans in cooperation with cross-functional teams and external partners. What you will accomplish: Develop and revise current growth strategies and roadmaps to increase TCGplayer’s presence in the UK CCG Market. Partner with various teams to develop go-to-market strategies with proven entry models for successful international presence. Discover and understand regulatory, compliance, legal, and financial obligations for the UK market. Build, complete, measure, and improve go-to-market campaigns to acquire, retain, and grow buyers and sellers. Help develop and strengthen connections with partners and sellers in the UK and North American markets. Implement outstanding processes to coordinate, manage, and grow initiatives. What you will bring: More than 7 years of pertinent experience, with 3-5 years specifically within the e-commerce or gaming sectors, concentrating on the UK market or international trade. Experience in identifying new ways to grow value through products, content, and services, and successfully launching products or services internationally. An entrepreneurial approach and drive to build and scale a business. Strong analytical ability, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Passion for trading card games, small businesses, technology, and transformative international expansion. Additional Details eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
