We’re now looking for a caring and motivated Care Assistant who may be able to work evening shifts (3–4 times a week) and alternate weekends. Discussions about availability will happen during our first chat.

You’ll be supporting loved ones in their own homes, assisting with personal care and promoting independence. Every day, your role will make a meaningful difference to someone’s life.

Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities include:
- Providing personalised, high-quality care tailored to individual needs
- Assisting with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing and accompanying meals, ensuring proper nutrition
- Administering medication and supporting with prescriptions
- Carrying out light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, general cleaning)
- Offering friendly, familiar, and dependable companionship

✨ Essential:
- A kind, compassionate approach and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills with a desire to build positive relationships
- Willingness to follow and implement individual care plans
🔧 Preferred but not essential:
- Previous experience in care, as we provide full training
🚗 Must have:
- A full driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle (for travel between clients)
