Teacher
TLR Position – Specialist STEM and Eco Schools Leader Base Salary: £35,000-£45,835 + £8,000 Toulouse Principal” bonus after probation + excellent benefits
About the Role
The Witherslack Group is seeking an exceptional TLS (Teachers Learning & Skills) or specialist educator to lead the delivery of STEM and Eco Schools programmes at Dovetree School. As a specialist educator specialising in SEND, you will play a critical role in supporting pupils with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, complex learning needs, speech-language-learning disorders, and interventions.
This position offers certification excellence opportunities for high-quality teaching and leadership. The role requires commitment to our mission of inclusion, celebration of every pupil’s progress, and the celebration of "Huge Small Victories."

Key Responsibilities
Primary Leadership Focus:
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate delivery of STEM and Eco Schools frameworks to enhance learning outcomes for pupils with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and complex learning needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, leaders and community partners to create engaging, high-quality learning experiences.
- Lead training sessions and professional development for colleagues to embed STEM & Sustainability Forkskills and partnerships across:

- Qualified to teach (equivalently)
- 2+ years’ education leadership/teaching, top age (11+ support, preferably) With excellent student trust.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) + at least 2 years' relevant teaching or SEND leadership experience.
