STEM and Eco Schools Lead £45,000–£53,835 + Exceptional Benefits
TLR is seeking an exceptional candidate to take lead responsibility for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and Eco Schools initiatives across our school.

The Role
**Teacher: ** STEM & Eco Schools Lead School: Dovetree School Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire Specialist Setting: Pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH)
About the School Dovetree School is an independent specialist day school rated Good by Ofsted. We cater for children with SEMH needs and additional related conditions, offering a tailored curriculum grounded in empowerment and real-world learning.

✔ Lead the implementation of high-quality STEM and Eco Schools programmes with curriculum alignment across year groups ✔ Develop interdisciplinary projects connecting science, technology, and environmental education to live their values ✔ Engage pupils in real-world challenges, fostering independence and critical thinking ✔ Inspire staff and students to think sustainably and innovatively ✔ Work in partnership with colleagues to embed knowledgeable, creative, constructive learning ✔ Represent and strongly advocate STEM/Eco Schools school-wide
