About the Role
For one of our leading educational institutions in the UK, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences across multiple classrooms and school locations.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum, support student development, and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with curriculum standards
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress using formative and summative methods
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate varying abilities and learning styles
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting safety, respect, and high expectations
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN specialists, and other staff
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding progress and behavior
  • Participate in school meetings, training, extracurricular activities, and professional development
  • Maintain accurate lesson plans, academic records, and documentation in line with school and regulatory standards

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or appropriate UK teaching certification (e.g., PGCE + QTS, SCITT, Teach First)
  • Previous classroom experience in UK schools
  • Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum and classroom management strategies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and support pupils from diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Commitment to safeguarding, child protection, and student welfare
