Salary & Benefits
- Mainscale/Upper Pay Scale (UPS) £32,916 to £51,048 per annum
- Permanent, full-time position
Applicant Requirements
All candidates should:
- Have experience working with pupils with special educational needs, either in a specialist or mainstream setting, or demonstrate a genuine passion and commitment to developing a career in special education.
- Possess strong subject knowledge and a secure understanding of the curriculum.
- Be creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with high expectations for both themselves and their pupils.
- Show exceptional skills in building positive and effective relationships with:
- Pupils
- Families
- Colleagues
- Key stakeholders
- Be adaptable, resilient, and approach change with a positive attitude.
- Have a willingness to actively contribute to the school’s vision, values, and ongoing development.
