Derby College Group (DCG) is recruiting a Teacher of Beauty to join our excellent Hair and Beauty team at the iconic Roundhouse Campus on Pride Park. This is a fantastic opportunity created due to growth within the department, offering the chance to join a successful and expanding team.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will support the success of our Hair and Beauty provision, delivering to students studying Level 2 Beauty courses. You’ll be part of a dedicated and passionate teaching team, contributing to course delivery, assessment preparation, and monitoring student progress while maintaining high departmental standards.

About You

You are a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty professional with up-to-date industry experience and relevant Level 2 and 3 Beauty qualifications, and an assessor qualification. A qualified teacher, you communicate effectively and build strong relationships with students through excellent interpersonal skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail, you manage your time effectively and are confident using IT systems to support delivery. You bring enthusiasm for Further Education, with a commitment to supporting student success and maintaining high standards in teaching and learning.
