- Hours: 15 per week (Thursdays and Fridays)
Salary & Terms
Up to £43,635 FTE (subject to a September pay review, depending on experience)

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Teacher of Business Studies to join our team and contribute to outstanding teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will:

- Deliver high-quality Business Studies instruction up to GCSE level
- Support student achievement and commitment to inclusion & safeguarding
- Play an active role in curriculum development and departmental improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Business Studies (GCSE level), with engaging, relevant lesson delivery
- Align teaching to departmental schemes of work and set ambitious academic targets
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and maintain accurate assessment records
- Foster commercial awareness, critical thinking, and enterprise skills in students
- Contribute to departmental tracking and curriculum evolution
- Engage with the school community through extracurricular activities, including enterprise clubs, competitions, and trips
- Adhere to all school policies, including teaching standards, safeguarding, and assessment norms
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Good Honours Degree (preferably in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field)
