Key Responsibilities

As a Teacher of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in:

  • Curriculum Design & Delivery

    • Plan and deliver a broad, balanced, and engaging engineering curriculum, contributing to the school’s aim of raising student attainment.
  • Teaching & Pastoral Support

    • Provide high-quality teaching, fostering a supportive learning environment where every student achieves their potential.
    • Offer effective pastoral support, helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
  • Progress Monitoring

    • Track student progress and development.
    • Set and maintain high expectations for attainment, teaching quality, and learning outcomes.

About You

We’re looking for a teacher who embodies:

✅ Qualifications

  • Fully qualified teacher with QTS for secondary education.
  • Texas-level qualifications in Engineering (degree preferred) or equivalent A-Level standards/experience.
