Academics are working on behalf of a highly successful and well-regarded secondary school in St. Albans to recruit a talented and enthusiastic Teacher of English for a permanent role starting in September 2026.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a qualified teacher of English (QTS or equivalent)
  • Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for English Literature and Language
  • Be committed to raising achievement and supporting student progress
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and supportive department
