Secondary Teacher of Food Technology - Ramsgate
Academics in Canterbury are working in partnership with a forward-thinking secondary school on the East Kent coast to recruit a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Food Technology for a full-time, permanent role starting in September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and well-resourced Design Technology department where creativity, innovation and practical learning are highly valued. The successful candidate will inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging Food Technology lessons that develop confidence, independence and a love of the subject.

The school is seeking an enthusiastic teacher who:
- Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Has experience teaching Food Technology within a secondary setting
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills
- Is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Can contribute positively to the wider school community
