Teacher of Mathematics

Grade: Main/Upper Pay Scale | £32,916.00–£51,048.00 | Hours: Full-time or Part-time (please state preference in your application) Term time

We’re searching for an exceptional Mathematics Teacher to strengthen our team of specialists. This role is ideal for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or a more experienced colleague who models integrity, champions inclusion, and holds high expectations for the entire school community.

As part of the dedicated Mathematics department, you will:

  • Inspire pupils to embrace their learning
  • Promote the value of education
  • Play a pivotal role in creating an environment where every young person can thrive

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering engaging, high-quality Mathematics lessons that challenge and inspire pupils of all abilities
  • Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils to support their progress and attainment
  • Monitoring pupil progress and providing targeted feedback to drive improvement
  • Contributing to curriculum development and departmental planning
  • Supporting pupils’ personal, social, and emotional development alongside their academic growth
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the school to share and implement best practice
  • Maintaining positive engagement with parents, carers, and external agencies to enhance pupil outcomes
  • Upholding the school’s values and safeguarding commitments at all times
