About Crimson Global Academy
Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is a world-leading online school with students in more than 30 countries and a teaching staff drawn predominantly from New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. Every one of our teachers is a subject expert, and our strong pastoral care network ensures students learn in a safe and inclusive environment.
Students at CGA study at a level that matches their academic competence rather than their age, which means a significant proportion of our cohort is working ahead of their peer group. Combined with curriculum flexibility, cutting-edge technology and the opportunity to accelerate, CGA offers an unusually rich environment for students with the drive to excel. Our academic results speak for themselves.
Transforming the way students learn is central to what we do, and we are rapidly integrating AI to support student learning in meaningful, classroom-ready ways.
Please note: you must hold a New Zealand teaching registration to qualify for this position.
The role
CGA is looking for a Teacher of Physics to join our Science faculty. You will teach motivated, capable students from around the world, plan and deliver high-quality online lessons, and support each learner's progress toward strong academic outcomes. An understanding of both IGCSE and A Level Physics is an advantage.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
