About the Role
Catch22 include is an alternative education provider, supporting over 700 vulnerable young people with challenging behaviours. Pupils attend independent alternative education schools or receive tailored support in school or off-site.
Catch22 include Norfolk is an Ofsted-registered independent school offering full-time, alternative, secondary education for young people excluding from mainstream schools, referred from pupil referral units, or requiring additional support.

**Job Description: Teaching & Learning Professional (Ages 13–16)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, deliver, and manage specialist subject-area learning programmes for learners aged 13–16, ensuring that progress tracking and personalised development are at the core of daily practice.
- Support a team in managing behaviour and addressing the complex needs of young people in a structured, reflective, and responsive way.
- Produce and maintain Schemes of Work that flexibly meet academic, pastoral, and learning needs of diverse, vulnerable pupils—ensuring material is ready for frequent inspections.
- Safeguard good outcomes for pupils: reflective practice and achievement data will form a key part of the school’s end-of-year evaluation and Ofsted monitoring.
Additional Information
Salary: £31,775 – £41,000 (depending on experience) Contract: Full-time permanent Car access required: Mandatory for this role
