Minds Education is seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our team, working with students in a supportive, flexible, and nurturing environment.
About the Role
Our AP aims to provide tailored educational experiences, helping young people build confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve their academic potential. As a Teacher, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a safe, structured, and motivating learning atmosphere.

Position: Teacher
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience with SEMH / behaviour needs or Alternative Provision.
- Full driving license preferred not mandatory/essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy for students facing challenges.
- Ability to work with a range of students, including those with behavioral or emotional difficulties.
- An understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
- QTS or working towards a teaching qualification (applications from unqualified teachers with relevant experience also considered).
