What You Need to Bring (Your XP)
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and vibe with our mission:
- QTS Status is a Must: You’ve got the teaching qualification, now let’s use it
- SEN Experience: You need proven experience working with young people with special needs. Understanding different learning styles and behaviours is key.
- A Full Driving Licence: This is essential. You need to be able to drive for school activities and off-site adventures.
- The Right Mindset: You’re patient, resilient, and bring a positive, high-energy approach every day. You know how to make learning fun and accessible for everyone.

The Day-to-Day Mission
As a Class Teacher, you’ll be the game-changer for your students:
- Lead the Class: Manage your classroom, supported by fantastic Teaching Assistants and a full therapy team. You’re never alone.
- Customise the Curriculum: Design and deliver highly differentiated lessons—think engaging, outside-the-box teaching that truly connects with individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Track Progress: Monitor student growth and use data to constantly innovate your teaching strategies.
- Be a Mentor: Help create a supportive, positive environment where our students feel seen, valued, and ready to learn.
