About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Teacher with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Coordinator (SENDCo) role at our beautiful rural school. The successful candidate will be committed to setting and providing the highest possible standards of practice, underpinned by current pedagogical research and will deliver a broad and balanced curriculum.
You must demonstrate essential professional characteristics, particularly:
- Being an effective professional who excels as a great teacher, able to motivate, teach, and assess effectively.
- A firm belief that all children can achieve, combined with a strong focus on developing student potential.
