An Daras Multi Academy Trust Opportunity
An Daras Multi Academy Trust has an exciting opportunity to work in one of their schools – Coads Green.
Our small, but growing, school in the Cornish countryside provides a warm and inclusive environment. Our children excel in their learning thanks to excellent staff knowledge and understanding of next steps, as well as high expectations.

At Coads Green, we know that children thrive with teachers who bring warmth, energy, and creativity into the classroom. The most effective teachers set high expectations whilst showing compassion.
Teachers enable their pupils when relationships are at the heart of learning. If that aligns with your ethos, we'd love to hear from you.

- An excellent classroom practitioner with relevant experience and who are capable of achieving the best from those they work with.
- Enthusiastic, positive, committed, and ambitious.
- Ability to plan for and teach across KS2.
- Ability to offer leadership of a subject area (with guidance and support).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
