Job Opportunity for Qualified Teachers, TA's, and LSA's
I am seeking Qualified Teachers, Teaching Assistants (TA's), and Learning Support Assistants (LSA's) to support children aged 5-18 across South Birmingham and Solihull.
Do you have intervention, group, or 1:1 experience in schools supporting pupils on EHCPs with ASC/ SEMH? Are you seeking a change of scenery working 8.30- 15.30, Monday- Friday, 195 days within an academic year? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
Alternatively, does the below apply to you?
- I am a recently qualified psychology graduate with experience working within SEN.
- I am a Registered mental health nurse seeking a working as a school councillor, mental health support and welfare officer 8.00-16.00 Monday- Friday.
- I am a residential carer working with looked after children seeking a Monday- Friday position.
- I am a social worker seeking to reduce my case load, and seeking to apply Holistic and positive consequence therapies.

Pay Rates:
- TA pay: £92.59- £100 per day
- Welfare officer: £143.58- £159.21 per day (ideal for social workers looking to decrease case loads, attendance officers with SEND experience)
- Qualified teachers: ECT friendly, pay between M1- M6 and ECTs are welcome to apply.
