Calow CofE VC Primary School are recruiting a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
Working Hours & Details
Hours per week: 27 hours 30 mins
Schedule: Mon – Fri: 8.45am – 3.15pm
- Non-negotiable core hours between 8.45am and 3.15pm
- Lunch break: 1 hour

- Experience working with children
- Secure knowledge of the National Curriculum and associated expectations
- A warm, friendly, and understanding demeanour
- Ability to build excellent relationships with:
- Pupils
- Parents/carers
- Staff members
- Ability to build excellent relationships with:
- High standards for behaviour, conduct, and academic progress among both staff and pupils
- Experience in running interventions within a school setting
- Strong commitment to safeguarding children
- A contrite sense of humour that supports all aspects of school life
- Willingness to uphold the distinctive Christian ethos of the school
- A Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent)
