Job Description
West Row Academy Address: West Row, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP28 8NY Salary: £18,211 - £18,497 actual per annum (£24,795 - £25,185 pro rata) Hours: Part time, 32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per Contract: Permanent. Required from September 2026 Reference: 5177
The team at West Row Academy are excited to welcome a motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our strong and supportive team.
This role will involve working across the school, including within our specialist provision hub, supporting pupils with high levels of need, particularly in communication. You will contribute to a nurturing, well-structured environment where teamwork is central, ensuring that every child is supported to thrive both academically and socially.
