This post is covered by the Childcare Disqualification Regulations 2018.
The school will need to ensure that they are not knowingly employing a person who is disqualified under the 2018 Regulations in connection with relevant childcare provision. Accordingly, the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate to the school, by completing a self-declaration form as part of the pre-employment checks process, that they have not been disqualified under the 2018 Regulations.

We are looking for a warm and positive TA2 to join our school family, who will embrace our ethos, use their initiative to find solutions, remain flexible and adaptable, and be passionate about making a meaningful difference to the lives of our children.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Work within a class base every afternoon from 1pm-3.30pm
- Contribute to a wide range of teaching and learning activities, including class based work, group teaching and individual pupil support in order to assist and support the work of qualified teachers
- Work within the statutory frameworks relevant to the role
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working with primary school aged children in a range of contexts
- Have a good level of literacy and mathematical skills
- Be dedicated to providing, alongside the class teacher, a secure and inspiring learning environment where children can thrive
- Be effective in establishing positive, professional relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Be able to assist in the planning and preparation of resources
- Be responsible for keeping records and providing feedback to the class teacher in relation to children’s progress and achievement
- Undertake a 30-minute lunch duty from 12.30pm-1.00pm every day
