## About the Role
++We need teachers in a deep way—where children thrive within Compass Community.++

Our school serves children with **Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) needs** many of whom may also have **Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)**, including **Autism, ADHD, and communication challenges**.

We apply a **traumainformed approach** and equips teaching and support staff with extensive training and team collaboration. This enables professionals, parents, local authority teams and especially children themselves to co-create and empower life-transforming growth.

**Your stretching impact as a TA**
- Provide **1:1 pupil support** through multiple approaches: therapeutic, academic, nurturing
- Manage classrooms and learning materials
- Organise educational trips and social clubs
- Reflect in **therapeutic, supportive supervision** discussions with pupils facing challenges
