Take Your SEN Career to a Premier Specialist Trust in Cranleigh.

You know that working in Special Educational Needs isn't just a job: it's a highly skilled vocation. If you are an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a setting that matches your professional standards and offers the resources you need to truly succeed, we invite you to join our Specialist Trust.

We support children and young people with complex autism, speech and language difficulties, and associated learning needs. This is a chance to move away from a generalist classroom and into a dedicated environment designed specifically for neurodivergent learners.

A Role for a Specialist

As an experienced practitioner, you won't just be an extra pair of hands. You will be a key driver of progress within a sophisticated educational framework.

  • Advanced Intervention: Implement complex EHCP goals and follow tailored learning pathways using your existing knowledge of SEN strategies.
  • Multidisciplinary Synergy: Work as an equal alongside an on-site team of Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and specialised teaching staff.
  • Behavioural Expertise: Use your resilience and de-escalation skills within a positive, low-arousal environment designed to minimise anxiety and maximise engagement.
  • Beyond the Classroom: Utilise our extensive 23-acre site to facilitate high-quality outdoor learning and community-based life skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
