About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be the driving force behind the academic and social development of your students. You will work alongside experienced educators, providing individualized support, mentoring, and encouragement to help each child reach their full potential. With a focus on fostering a inclusive and nurturing learning environment, you will be instrumental in creating engaging lesson plans, implementing effective teaching strategies, and monitoring student progress.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide targeted academic support and guidance to students
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of engaging lesson plans
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
- Facilitate group activities and projects that promote social and emotional development
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress
- Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant educational qualifications or experience in the field of teaching or child development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
