Job Description
The role of Teaching Assistant will form part of the senior education team and, under the supervision of a teacher, will implement agreed programmes with individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom. Our Teaching Assistants are vital in ensuring each pupil reaches their full potential. Each Teaching Assistant does this by developing positive working relationships with our pupils, understanding their likes, dislikes and interests so that all lessons are personalised.
