Teaching Assistant
Location: BS35 Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP

Here at Long-Term Teachers, we are currently looking for Teaching Assistants to join a Primary School in the BS35 area of South Gloucestershire on a full-time basis.
This 1 form entry Primary School is a fabulous place to work. The staff are all very supportive and are very passionate about creating a fun and engaging learning environment for their pupils.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working within a Year 2 class on a 1 to 1 basis with a pupil who has Speech and Language needs along with Global Delay.
This role is a lovely position where you will be supporting this pupil with their educational development and using your initiative to adapt learning activities to meet their needs and misconceptions.

You will be expected to:
- Have previous experience of working with children.
- Have high expectations of Positive Behaviour Management.
- Communicate clearly with the Class Teacher to show children’s learning and development.
- Create a positive learning environment.
- Communicate their development with SENCO and Carers.
Working with Long-term Teachers

Salary: 105 - 115 GBP Per day
