We support children and young people with complex learning needs, including autism and communication difficulties. This isn’t just a classroom job: it’s an opportunity to be a mentor, a guide, and a key figure in a student’s journey toward independence.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you won’t just be sitting behind a desk. You will be on the front lines of education, providing tailored support to students who see the world differently.

- Individualised Support: Work 1:on:1 or in small groups to help students engage with the curriculum.
- Holistic Care: Support students’ emotional and social development, helping them build confidence and life skills.

What We Are Looking For
You don’t necessarily need years of experience in a SEN (Special Educational Needs) setting: what matters most is your attitude.
