Location: Croydon, South London
Reeson Education are supporting a large mainstream secondary school in Croydon, South London who require an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026 on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be a Teaching Assistant with prior secondary school experience, or a graduate looking to pursue a career as a qualified teacher in the future.
The role of the Teaching Assistant is to support students with moderate learning difficulties and encourage learning across a variety of subjects and year groups.

The Successful Candidate Will
- Create and maintain a purposeful, orderly, and supportive environment, in accordance with lesson plans and assist with students learning
- Use strategies, in liaison with the teacher, to support students to achieve learning goals
- Assist with the planning of learning activities
- Establish constructive relationships with students and interact with them according to individual needs
