Salary: GBP80/GBP95

Do you live in the London borough of Richmond Upon Thames?

This could be the perfect role for you.

I am currently working with a lovely primary school in Richmond Upon Thames. This lovely primary school is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for recent Graduates looking to get into teaching; working as a TA is a great way of finding out more about the teaching profession, while earning money. The role is in a two-form entry primary school that needs support in KS1. The pupils are lovely; however, the pandemic has stalled their development particularly in areas such as phonics. The right person would be an experienced Graduate teaching assistant, or a recent graduate, with a passion for education. Ideally, the candidate should have some knowledge of the KS1 curriculum (we can offer training support with this). The candidate should also hold GCSE level English and Math.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
