The Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, no two days are the same. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the class teacher to keep lessons running smoothly.
- Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need an extra boost.
- Creating a positive, welcoming environment for students.
- Helping manage classroom behaviour in a supportive, constructive way.

What We Need From You
- Previous experience working with children (school settings, childcare, coaching, or youth work are all great).
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
- Excellent communication and behavioural management skills.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check (or the willingness for one through Randstad).
