Position
Teaching Assistant (Scale 4, Point 7 – pro rata)
Hours & Contract
- 36 hours per week (Monday–Friday, term-time only)
- Fixed-term contract ending July 2027 (potential for extension)
- Start date: September 2026
- Closing date: Friday 3rd July 2026
- Interviews: Tuesday 7th July 2026 (reservations to interview exceptional candidates before closing date)

We are seeking two motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team of Teaching Assistants and contribute to our inclusive, values-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Class-based support: Assist primary school teachers in guiding pupils with additional needs and varying abilities.
- Group collaboration: Work with small/large groups of children across abilities, creating tailored support plans.
- Supporting classroom practices: Implement designated policies, contribute to lesson preparation, and assist with classroom organisation.

Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Some experience (paid/unpaid) in education support roles (essential but open to direct applicants)
